About

Tom, our senior Exercise Physiologist, offers face-to-face consultations in Brisbane and virtual sessions worldwide via Zoom.

Formerly a competitive swimmer, his passion shifted to barbell training and strength sports in high school. While competing in strongman competitions, Tom discovered his talent lay in helping athletes rather than competing himself.

He excels in resolving complex musculoskeletal issues with a methodical approach, combining evidence-based practice with innovative thinking.

Tom has worked with elite strength sports athletes, from AUS Olympic weightlifting team members to IPF powerlifting world champions, and specialises in equipping athletes with tools to overcome challenges and perform at their best, even on short notice.

Additionally, Tom provides personalised biomechanics mentoring and advises coaches on injury prevention strategies.
