About

Chris is an experienced Exercise Physiologist who offers consultations in Brisbane and worldwide via Zoom.

With a background in representative rugby union and league, his passion for strength training led him to competitive powerlifting since 2018.

Having overcome personal injuries, Chris understands musculoskeletal issues deeply, using evidence-based practice to enhance athlete performance without interruption to training.

Holding a master's degree in exercise science (Strength and Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University, Chris specialises in aiding team sport athletes from rehab to return-to-play readiness.

Since relocating to Brisbane in 2022, he's focused on assisting barbell athletes seamlessly and also provides personalised biomechanics and Strength and Conditioning mentoring.
