Kelly Mann is the founder of PerforMotion Rehab and Performance. Kelly began as an Exercise Physiologist, however now solely focuses her skills in online powerlifting coaching.

Kelly’s impressive online roster is predominantly made up of athletes who reside outside of Australia. She is able to leverage her keen eye for technique with exceptional programming skills to boast this international success. Kelly has used her skills to guide athletes from beginners to podiums at National Championships, IPF Worlds, Asians, Europeans and Commonwealths.

Kelly is known for direct, effective communication, as well as collaborative goal-setting with her athletes. Kelly prioritises consistent feedback and responsive communication, ensuring all clients achieve their goals through honest collaboration.
